Work with our Editor-Artistic Director Addam Ledamyen to craft your work into its best possible shape.
Addam is a novelist, essayist, playwright, teacher, and a scholar of story-structure. If you’re stuck in the middle of a work-in-progress, and we agree your proposal is a good fit for publication or production with us, Addam devotes their time to mentoring you, encouraging you, and editing the project you will finish with their help.
Writing a book or play?
Do you have a complete book or play that you want For Elenvia to publish or produce? Congratulations! That’s very exciting. We absolutely want to hear about your project.
For books, we use a traditional publishing model. That is, we edit, design, and publish your book, and we pay you royalties according to an agreed upon contract. We are not currently able to offer advances, but we offer a highly competitive royalty rate to compensate. Due to our mission-centered approach, we are very respectful of our authors’ artistic visions, and we welcome a high degree of collaboration when it comes to the design and marketing of your book.
For plays, every project is so unique. We will work with you to develop a plan for the editing, live workshop, and full production of your play. We will collaborate to find the perfect space to put your project on its feet, find its perfect director, and cast your actors. Once we reach the opening night of the full production, we will also be distributing the final script as a published paperback to expand the reach of your story. After its debut, we take on the responsibility of selling the rights to produce your play to other theater companies and earning you additional royalties from subsequent productions.
